Our Return Policy
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our shoes, and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to navigate a request for a return fairly and reasonably. We apply refunds to the tender with which returned items were purchased.

Need to make a return?
You must request a return within four days of receipt of the shoes.

If you are processing your first return, we will happily cover the shipping cost. Once we receive the item(s), we reserve the right to inspect the shoes to ensure they weren't worn and then process a refund. Shipping will not be covered on subsequent returns.

We no longer send return labels with orders, but you can still print your own prepaid label, get a QR code to use at eligible USPS locations, or make your return in store.

How to make a return?

Start your return online.

Email us at ssmwholesale@aol.com with your order number and let us know you would like to return your item(s). Please specify which item(s) from your order if you ordered more than one pair of shoes.

  • The order number is on your email confirmation and packing slip. We can process your return faster with your order number.

Ship your items with the prepaid shipping label that we'll email to you to print at home.

No printer? Show your QR code at an eligible USPS location and they'll print a shipping label for you.

Returns are processed in 10-14 business days and refunds can be expected 5-7 business days after processing.
